Now Accepting Applications for the Library Board & the Planning Commission Board

The Heard County Board of Commissioners is now accepting applications from interested citizens for upcoming appointments to the Library Board and the Planning Commission Board.

Application Deadline: May 14, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST

All completed applications received by the deadline will be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for review. Appointments will be made at the next regularly scheduled Board meeting on May 19, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. EST, unless otherwise determined by the Board. Applicants are encouraged to attend.
