Building Permits

All Building Application Packets are required to be completed BEFORE building permit is issued.
•
The minimum size space for dwelling is 1000 square foot.
•
The FEE for site-built and manufactured (modular) home permits is based on the project valuation. Please see the following PERMIT FEE CHART.

Building permits may be acquired from the Building & Zoning Office of the Heard County Administration Building.
